Adult Ad Banner ideas?

hey guys i am still fairly new too this, i have gotten a couple of success with plugrush.com but not what i am happy with and i am sure its because of my shitty banner i chose from google, im wondering where do i find good jpegs / porn ads too use as my ad? like im sure there is some sort of formula every one uses, i dont think im doing it right

i have started posting on plugrush.com , im still new too this and i dont think im doing the banner ad correct ( as in the picture that makes them click ) what should this normally be? is there some sort of basic generic one? i didnt use a nude girl because i thought the banner might not get approved through the traffic site, but ye i am just confused what it should be, i got alot of clicks but no conversion, any help appreciated cheers

There are a lot of banner ads on Porn sites. Download them, open photoshop, edit a few things and its yours. I just stole one "Are you 18+?" GIF and added some effect. Its converting well.

The best option would be to hire a designer, who can actually make good banners, thats how you will get the best results imo

Obviously testing more variations would be the key here. Check what competition is doing and maybe copy them? Or take a totally different approach.
