Instagram block me after 1 day

instagram block me after 1 day saying this :
“Some of the things we don't allow include artificially collecting likes, followers or shares, posting repetitive content or repeatedly contacting people for commercial purposes without their consent.”
Anyone know how to bypass it ? It just disable me from growing an account
The only thing i do is following people , and not even much !

Did you use a automation bot? The "artifically" brought me on this thought. If so, lower the settings.

I have not used automated bot to give like or follow other accounts

If this is the case then the followers you're getting must be bots and if this isn't true then you don't owe any penalty of account suspension. Hence, you must raise a request to Instagram's help center and tell them that they have mistaken or ask about the valid reason behind suspension.
