I've heard and read all around the net about how some people got banned by Paypal even though they never broke any rules of theirs. In other words, being banned without any legitimate reason at all! Now let's just say that I have a Paypal's business account verified with my first bank account. Then, somewhere along my IM journey Paypal fucked me hard and I get the ban-hammer. Now, my question: is it possible for me to make a second PP business acount verified with a different bank but with the same name? (Since obviously I can't fake my details when opening a bank account) or Paypal would just block me since I use the same name? I appreciate any replies, thanks. :)

They don't flag by names but by immutable information such as SSN, if you're from a tier 3 country I could see this working no problem

I see. Thanks for your speedy reply and yeah you guessed it right, I live in third-tier country.

I may sound like a crazy conspiracist but I believe G sells its enormous amount of data to big customers like Pp. Then Pp analyses this data and find out that you spend time on BHW or other blackhat sites and blacklist and ban you.

Wow that actually sounds really interesting but also against the law. Never thought of them potentially doing that.

I can confirm, they do not flag your names (just the email address and account).
I got banned by Paypal because I paid a supplier for legit stuff but the guy was also involved into weird services. He got banned and Paypal considered that I was part of the scheme.
They also banned me for using Paypal services as an end-user ! :D I remembered my phone call with them "Sir, we do not want to see you again on our platform, but like ever again !"

Paypal can block what they want, when they want, and not give any reason

I created a new Paypal account with my company name, and it works.

^ thanks. :)
Hearing that this method really works put my mind at ease since a lot of my clients only uses Paypal.

Will those clients not do crypto payment ?

Good luck. Had multiple PayPals and Stripe accounts banned. Ready to throw in the towel. Pretty sad when the business could be doing 6 figures but can’t even figure out a payment processor.

Crypto is the future bro. It solves these exact issues.

I don't think you can continue with the same bank account

I would be careful with Paypal in either way.

It all depends if your account gets limited or banned. My fully verified personal account got banned for selling virtual items.
Items were legit and delivered, had no refunds or whatsoever.

They couldn't tell me the exact reason because they werent allowed to however they told me that i could never use Paypal again.
You can however purchase Paypal Stealth accounts however there is an risk involved with that as well.

Just to say that PayPal have never ban someone "without any legitimate reason at all". This is pure crap you can see mostly from people who in fact sell shits that are against PayPal rules.
They maybe have near monopole, but they are also not idiots. No one ban users who generate profit, if this can be avoided.
