Hello, everyone, I want to ask about that. Can I use multiple accounts to promote my main account without using any proxy or anything?

so if I promote my business account by normal account? that should be good because all I want to promote is one main account. So let's suppose if I open 3 to 4 new user account and use them in browser private mode and save pins from my main business account. Will it effect or looked suspicious to the pinterest team?

Max 5 business accounts without using proxies, if you used your mobile + home wifi you coukd stretch to 10 business accounts....

Pinterest allows you to create multiple accounts. Once I created 2 accounts and received a notification to connect them both. You should check their policies.

Alternatively, you can have 1 main account and 1 sub account with multiple boards. If you share frequently, people follow your boards on your sub accounts, then you can share main account posts into them. It'll be easy to manage too. 5-6 repins won't help you much. You should focus on creating active boards that can attract more views to your main account.
