Hy,
is there any method to reach better placement of my posts on FB Marketplace.?
I use long, well written descriptions, filled the place and the price too.
But there are much worst posts with better postion than mine.

Thanks!

I doubt there is. Using the right keywords and synonyms is your go-to

You should use very good images and call users through description to inbox you. It will grow your ad CTR and messages received. This will do your ad attract more and more people, possibly because of good ranking in your category and location.

@urobee

Can try to do research or refer to the products that you wish to sell and record down their keywords of their description and title of product when you post your product on marketplace.

If title clear, description clear, buyer understand about the details of your product, they will direct inbox to ask more details, means that they are more quality client. If your title not clear, description a bit confused, you will get those buyer that asking you just for fun.

Just share my experience for you. Good luck bro. :)

Once there was a time that everything that I posted to some Fb groups gained the most tractions and sales too.

This happened for like 3-4 months, then at a time anything I posted didn't gain any comment at all. I don't know why that happened, and I can't find a logical reason behind that.

Here is some stuff I did for the posts that had traction.

1. Ask friends to comment on my thread.
2. Send a message using the button on the thread.
3. I added long-text, and also added images.

From what I know (I had 1 listing with 4k views and 200 messages once)
It depends a lot on
- the number of views you have, this of course depends on your photos, price, title, but more views you get, more your listing is up, so you get more views etc..
- the number of answers you receive, your listing will be judged as attractive so it will be up and get more views so more messages etc (depends as well on your offer and description of course)
- how fast you reply to first answers, probably few people know that but it is a very important criteria, try to answer asap when you receive a message about the marketplace and you will notice that you receive more answers after that (and opposite if you take time to answer)

Also you should know that you can put your listing up once every 7 days, it will help a lot specially if the listing has good stats, but if the start is bad it is better to delete the listing and post again and always try new things when it doesn't work (change title/photos/description) till you find the good formula.

Good luck

Thanks for the answers all of You! You are awesome!

I've tested some methods and suggestions You proposed.
The best in my case: Changing some pictures (mostly the first) is help to bypass the fb algorithm.
It is help to post more ads and on every ad i set another location so there are much more view.

Thanks!

Hi mate, I've found a thread on Reddit today speaking on how to bypass the fb algorithm but I tried it and it didn't work for me (both of my listing have been blocked..) How do you manage to post multiple time the same listing?

Hy,

I modified the pictures. For example: flipped them horizontally, put on them some text, etc...
It's not work all the time but there are some posts/listing that I uploaded 4-5 times.

Im trying this today, and will report back, cause this seem like it might work!

I've read that only the first image is checked and compared to your other listing.
Yesterday I tried to post 2 listing with all same images and I changed what image to display first but it didn't work.
I will try to apply other modifications to the first image and see how it works. I am looking for the most efficient way to post multiple time the same listing to reach as much people as I can

Yeah it depends on your offer of course but basically it's how the algorithm works. Let us know!

Curious if anyone figured anything out. Sometimes I add text to the image and that seems to basically derank the post completely
