It's pretty easy to get unsuspended as long as you haven't done anything overtly wrong. I've had multiple accounts suspended and reactivated, sometimes even multiple times on the same account. Their automated system just messes up sometimes, apparently. But if you really were spamming or doing anything considered "shady", you're most likely done for - but hey, it doesn't hurt to try.

Protip: Always pretend to be a woman, and if you're Indian and your English is shit, hire someone to write your appeal for you.

Sorry to hear that. I know its very discouraging to work hard on an account only to have it suspended after so much effort. Maybe you can contact them for help since it could be a systems failure and you still have a chance to get your account back. However, if you went against their terms then your chances are zero
