Which prelander for adult niche?

Hello, recently I have some issues with prelander to shorten link (by bit.ly) to my landing page. It's adult niche. I used contactin.bio but I found it won't last more than 5-10 clicks and it gets banned. Which pre-lander would you recommend to use to safely put into website of IG account and won't get banned/deleted? I used to try linktr.ee but I had some issues with create account there.

You could get a cheap domain and use it as a redirecting tool to ensure that you have a unique shortener.
