Microsoft creates a lot of different multi-quantity keys such as MAK/OEM/Retails for different reasons, the multi-quantity keys we offer are the best,u can use it for upgrades/fresh Installs and the activation is a lifetime, some versions of multi-quantity keys u cant upgrade with/activation will expire, we have a lot of resellers who work with us for a long time now and selling those keys and never had any problems.
The office version is office 2019 pro plus
And the keys are not related to MSDN subscription/accounts.

Some keys can be activated multiple times on different machines, for example, the win 10 pro keys can be activated 5 times on 5 different devices, means they can be sold as 5 different activations for 5 different clients.
