SEO Optimizing on Shopify stores.

Hello. Did you see any better/worse results when doing SEO on Shopify comparing to others like WordPress, etc?

By the way, I can't change inner pages URL on the Shopify.

My inner pages links are http://www.sitename.com/pages/xxx and ,,pages" can't be removed.

Isn't it a problem for SEO? Isn't it better if the link is exactly http://www.sitename.com/xxx

Don't have much experience in it, but after a minute of Googling I found it is possible to change the URL. Google it

If you wanna drive traffic through SEO to your online shop I strongly recommend Wordpress + Woocommerce. Much more ways to customize and optimize.

Since SEO is long term you will also save lots of money by using Wordpress + Woocommerce. Depending on your niche it can take several months to see traffic/sales.

If you are with shopify I recommend the partner/affiliate plan, in which you don't have to pay monthly. For longterm Wordpress is better tho. Shopify is mostly used for "fast" success driving traffic through paid ads.
