well, thats my dream finished. I was thinking $500. never mind.. Where can I just buy a normal account with 25k to 100k followers?

If you're going to buy an account with fake followers; which is what someone with 25 to 100K followers would 99% of the time sell you, you're better off creating an acocunt and buying fake followers. it should cost you about $100.

If what you want is an account with a vanity number (ie. 10K, 50K, 100K fake followers), any fake followers will do. That account won't do much for you. Instagram will penalize it for non-existant engagement. I mean, you need to realize, how are fake followers going to like or leave comments on your posts?
So, if you have 100K fakes, and only 1K real followers, you should expect about 10 likes per post. That's a whopping 10% engagement from your real followers, but to IG, that's a 0.001% total engagement. Sucks, doesn't it?!
 
I have a verified IG account and I've helped several of my friends get verified accounts. There are ways to just get one if you are smart about it and do what IG is looking for.

As CaesarRomanus said, you need to understand why IG introduced the blue tick. Some day IG got so many million active accounts that some accounts could'nt be identified directly as the original ones by a normal user. For example Coca Cola. When a normal user searched for Coca Cola he got results like CocaCola, Coca_Cola, Coca-Cola etc... The original Coca Cola account got the blue tick. The benefit for normal users: the original account is on the first position in the search result and the blue tick shows a normal user -> it's the official account.

When you're not a big influencer, tv star, athlete or otherwise a public figure, why IG should give you a blue tick? There's is no reason, so you have to do some researches what points IG pay attention for applying the blue tick. It's not hard to figure out. I'll give you two tips how to get the blue tick:

1) Intimate yourself
IG hates duplicate content and people who are intimating another person to get a benefit. Do it by your own! Create 2-3 fake/fan accounts. Upload a mix of photos which your original accounts already has and some other photos which have a paparazzi look for example. Grow these accounts 2-3 months and then apply with your original account for the blue tick with the reason, some one intimates you and many fans are confused which one is the original. This method worked 5 (out of 7) times for me since IG opened blue tick applying for everyone thru the app. Please note: intimating is not the only point to success. This is just a tip!

2) Agencies for public figures
Some social media agencies have a high trust level and a special way for applying the blue tick. Imagine you're a star and you have no time to comply all the rules which IG required for applying the blue tick. The Agency will do it for you as easy as possible. IG likes stars because they bind a lot of people to IG and at the end of the day IG is able to sell more advertisements. But how to get a star for easy agency applying? Not at all but agencies loves money! For IG it doesn't matter which customers the agency has. Before you want to buy for thousands of dollars a verified account, just search an agency which is much cheaper to get you verified.

If you have a small budget, research which workflow IG is doing for a verify application and fake all the desired points. Growth and preparation may take some months.

It's very cheap. Has a terrible handle though. Then the dude tried to pull back but my buddy ended up getting it back lol
