Youtube software? Is there 1 solution?

Hi,

Just wondering if there is any software out-there that will save having to use 3 or 4 different softwares?

Basically i want to download a vid from youtube (currently using Ultraget)
Convert to an editable format avi or wmv etc
Edit it, add links etc (currently using windows movie maker)
Convert back to flv
Upload to Youtube

Must be something better out there?

We are curntly coding a bot for that.

The bot downloads a video from youtube by a given youtube url
changes it to avi file
adds it watermark text
complie the movie
and uploads it (not sure about that for now)
all automaticly.

for examlpe the original video was
youtube.com/watch?v=isKhz_uusQQ

after using the bot i get
youtube.com/watch?v=-29ftjTFBW4

but for now i'm not sure about if the bot will do the upload
becuase we have an upload bot coming out too.

maybe we'll make it a pakage.

basicly it:
*automaticly downloads a video by a given url.
*converts it to avi format.
*adds watermark text.

all by a single click.

if you go by Moyea
you'll need either:
Flash to Video Studio $99 without the download software.
or
FLV Converter Suite $75 also without the download software

and both are not watermark softwares.

so ye i think mine might be better. lol
