I can recommend you highproxies I have no problem with them and I use 2 accounts per proxy. (1 account per proxy is safer)

I heard some people use 1 proxy for 5 accounts. then they have banned proxies.

Start low as much as you can (it depends if you are ready to sacrifice some account you can go a bit aggressive) for me I go 10 follows 1st day for a week then increase by 20 each day until 700 follow/uf per day, good luck

Day 2: Do slow follows.

You can go on from there.
Probably limit your follows under 500 for the first week.
