Gonna try CPA, what network though? Got no website

Good luck with that, you will never reach anything big without spending a dime. You at least need some hosting to put your landers on.
Anyway, I got accepted in all big CPA networks without a website and basically zero knowledge gheghe. Anyway, try adworksmedia, cpagrip etc, if they ask for a website just say your are still working on it.

Go with freelancing first to get some capital. Really hard to get result with yt without throwing some $$$.

Damn, I got some capital, but I just thought of not spending anything for it, maybe I should, and about CPAGrip, what shall I put on the "Website" Input on the signup form? "google.com" ? ye, I own google btw. lmao

Most CPA Networks like OGAds gives you already hosted landing pages and domain(not custom), so you may not need to spend anything on domain and hosting if you required LP is there, but you are going to need money in one way or other like (Domain, Hosting, Accounts, SMM, Proxies etc.)
About the website, tell them your method doesn't need a website and put MethodDontNeedWebsite.com in the form, I did the same and got accepted.
I did Youtube + OGAds in the past, didn't go as per my expectations but I was easily making $20+ a day. There are certain keywords which will get your videos shadow banned if your account is new.
