How to grow a single account?

I have a single account for men's fitness niche
I was able to grow from a few 1oo to 3.000:
- using original content
- posting daily (sometimes 3X a day)
- using hashtags (always 30)
- follow/unfollow/like (using instazood)

I was very discouraged by the slow growth and took a 3 month hiatus, now I want to go back to work

a - How do I bring it up to 10.000?
b - what ratio of F/U should I use?
c - what bot do you recommend to automate posts, likes, F/U
d - do I need a proxy/VPN
e - any tips or anything that I am missing?

Keep doing the same!
If you receive 10% of followers back you will need to follow about 100k users.
The percentage of followback varies from account to account.

If your trying to grow one account only you shoudlnt be using that main account on Jarvee as you might get the account banned..

Disagree, if using low jarvee settings chance of account ban is very low. I am doing so and grown 10k almost in 3 months. If you are scared losing account do not do so otherwise go for it because it will be the only thing bringing you consistent growth.

I agree with @Vee Jay if you are using very low setting than don't worry about ban, make sure your proxy is good,

If you want to grow only one account, then it's very easy.
Go for jarvee cheapest plan for 10 social media accounts.
Connect your main account with a good proxy, low settings, good warm up and good follow sources.
Then you have 9 free slots, so create 9 instagram accounts, again warm them up well, 2 account per proxy, repost content of main account or other content in the same niche, setup auto DM in order to send people to your main account. You can go with medium-aggressive settings for these accounts.
It will take 2-3 weeks to setup everything and warm up but it will pay off.

B. 40-70Following per hour based on your account age/pva etc etc
C.GMT2 / Jarvee
D.Proxy would be good but in my opinion you can do it without a proxy too
E.Don't post more than 3 times per 24 Hour! 2 posts per day is good enough if your going viral and having a lot of activity coming into your account then post the 3rd one.
E.Don't buy fake followers/likes/comments/views
