People should just stop the shit as if there's saint anywhere. Scam has been on the internet before internet penetration in Africa became worth noting.
Some forms of scam are peculiar to blacks but that does not mean whites don't scam online. I remember the days when pyramid schemes and HYIP shits are everywhere, most people from tier 2 and tier 3 economies fell into the traps because they believed it's an answer to their poverty.
