I've now hit the point where doing f/uf is not worth the risk anymore due to the size of the account. I will still keep it on jarvee for the post scheduler.
I am planning to add 50-60 child accounts for my main account tomorrow.
Are there any risks if the account was previously botted to 15k?

You are going to add 50-60 accounts all at once???
Im assuming they are already warmed up and all ready to go, just remember they will get hit with lot of email verification and phone verification.
Usually when doing child method main account has no risk. Child accounts will probably suffer hard though.
You should start with 5-10 then work your way up to 60.

Why would they get hit with p'vs and e'vs? I rarely get them on my cpa accounts. With a lot of tests I managed to develop a good strategy for CPA accounts and those stay up for a long time for me if the account quality is good so child account EV's and PV's shouldn't be a problem. If you are getting so many of them you should check your set-up.
I'm going for 50-60 straight away because it's not worth doing 5-10, hardly any growth.

I think there is always some risk if you use jarvee or GMT2. But it's worth the risk. It's an account with 15k fans, not 150k fans.

You would be a fool to use any BH on a 150k followers acc.
You don't need to do anything to keep it growing but doing good posts.

At how many followers would It be advisable to stop running child accounts?

20k would be enough in my experience.
At that point I would just do good postings and maybe some shout per shout deals.
But I guess you could do that already with accounts of the same size.

So child accounts till 20k? That doesn't sound quite right.
Lots of people do f/uf till 20k and some run around 500-1000 child accounts afterwards. I doubt they do it for a few days till 20-30k.

First. I don't know why are you asking if you already have a fixed idea about doing this.
Secondly. Why would I spend $1k on proxies and another $700 on Jarvee if I can exchange shouts for free?
But still you are free to burn your money as you like.

I don't have a fixed idea in mind, if I did I wouldn't be making this thread to get some ideas.
Your answers contradict everything that others do with the child method. When others start the child method you say is the best time to stop. I'm trying to understand why you think so. The argument "I wouldn't spend x on x and would rather do s4s" is completely irrelevant in this case.

can you share your cpa strategy/setting to make them stay up?

with 60-100 child accounts you can easily get to 20k in one month. And as long as you have the funds, just do it, it will payback in the long run

I am currently using a 15K account on a bot and I will do it until I can't afford to lose it maybe when it hits 50K

It's nothing too fancy. It's a standard warm-up procedure but more cautious. Verify>rest>stories>likes>follows. While warming up I slowly change the account info in the span of 3 days. First bio+username, then full name, then link. Approx 24h between each change.

Are they bought aged accs or new self-made?

Child and main accounts are unrelated to each other. Especially if u run all of them on different proxies.
So there is no linking.

I would stop child accs slowly if the reason to stop it exists at all. Cuz it's like a "drugs" and if u stop all of them the same time - the main account may get high decreasing of new followers. Then instagram ranking algorithms come into this "game". The reach would be reduced and so on and so on.
Thats why as any other actions in IG - all must be done slowly

Time is not "free". It is the most precious commodity that you own.

You should take care of your reading understanding.
May I know how does TIME takes place in my argument, wise guy?
How does paying for proxies and bots frees your TIME?
