The main problem is that I know if I work only 3-4 h every single day I can achieve great things.

Once you are a soon to be daddy and the baby is on the way and you got bills knocking on your door this thread will be a proof that miracles exist..You probably got it going easy under someone's roof

True when money's running low thats a true motivator.

3-4h only? OMG I am grinding like 12-16h all week. Well, think like that. If you still are lazy, you will be working for a man like me that will push you till you forgot what is laziness

I’m saying that I’m positive about the success that can br achieved with a couple of hours every day.

Get some motivation in u pal...keep a positive frame of mind .....aim for a goal and decide to reward yourself nce u reach it!! Some inspirational music, movies and also reading some inspirational stuff will also help get dat push in u whenever u feel lazy!! All d best mate!

nofap, cool shower, push ups, no junk food, no coffee, drink only once a week, 9 hours sleep between 11pm and 8am. You're going to explode.

That belief is probably working against you, because it creates fear that you may turn out to be wrong and suck. The more importance you attach to something, the less likely you are to start working on it (paradoxically) and the more likely you are to keep living in potential, just imagining how great it would be if you actually did it.

Also if you are not used to working at all, you will never be able to do 3-4h of focused work right away, start with a single pomodoro (20min) per day and build from there.

Definitely agree with alexa and bladeds, seems like our egos get in our way big time. I have been trying to get rid of this myself for a long ass time with moderate to low success as I always end up going back to the same toxic behaviors.

I am going to try the pomodoro method starting tonight, if you (or anyone else) want a partner to keep in touch in a way to feel like you are accountable for your actions I'm up to it!
