the idea is investing in cheap phones, buying basic 4g monthly subscription in my country it can get as cheap as 4$ a month which is the price for a decent residential proxy.. you just get as many phones and 4g subscriptions as you can afford and i think there is a way to turn the your 4g into actual proxy although i havent looked into this in depth and just assign the proxies to your Instagram bot of choice, you either run it on a vps or have it run on a low budget pc from home.
i dont know if someone is doing this already but the idea just crossed my mind and thought id discuss it here, the benefits of this is that you're 100% sure the proxies are excellent quality and dont have to worry about your proxy providers screwing you

Phones are bad idea. Its not scalable. Dongles + raspberry PI or something cheaper may work, LTE routers also but phones are shit.

okay i did a little bit of reading this seems more complicated than i thought, there is an app called Servers Ultimate that helps get the task done but the ISP blocks the ports by defaults so you have to do some editing and tinkring around, which is beyond my knowldge, i was hoping this is just a matter of installing an app that turns your phone data to a proxy

To be honest, try to improve your ROI and only go that way if really needed. There are some really cheap mobile proxy providers out there so not sure if it is worth the struggle.

How much dongles + raspberry cost? Some cheap smartphone cost like just $10-$20 each

It's quite easy to make proxies, but invest in good quality modems so you don't have to worry about network problems.

If you buy a used one, it's like 20-30€. Not very expensive IMO.

If you're planning to make a more connections then 1 raspberry pi is not enough. Best advice is to use a sim box for that or go with an gsm 64port board with m35 module it has an imei changer and that costs close to 600$

It is not easy to make proxy with raspberrypi and dongle.Ports are always blocked by ISP.Maybe its doable,but I am still struggling .But dongles are expensive specially huawei.

Good solution indeed.Do you have any solution for port issue.My port forwarding is working with my home ip but not with dongle 4g ip.It said connection time out.

I figured out the way I wanted to go, everyone needs to find their own way

If you really think it is worth spending your time on it, then don't give up until it is working the way you want it to work.
