Need a bot to perform online task

There is a website where you enter a phone number and it checks whether that number is registered in the 'Don't call me register'.

I have tens of thousands of numbers which I need to check, and would like a small bot to make this automated.
There is no captcha on website.

If anyone can make this, please send me PM with your contact offer and timeframe to deliver.
