How can this be maintained? Can you reinstall the same apps/complete the same offers with the same device over and over again? Won't you run out of offers to complete/apps to install?

they usual pay for tier 1 country is 10$ - 15$ per install so with 100 phone he can easily 1k per day (if he installed 1 app per day its alright ) but he will also need private phone proxies as the cpa network will see the same ip range for all the 100 phones and same geo localization although he can bypass all this if he has enough budget to buy proxies and the all 100 phones must be rooted and he should just change the proxy and reset the phone as a factory brand new after each installation and also dont use 1 cpa account he can bank hard

it depend on the country and cpa network + phone os i've seen 10$ per install ( Finland , Swede ) + IOs system

Sound way too easy to be true. Easy 100 to 500 dollars a day is usually one hell of a lie comment.
