unique pages with same url

Hi, im using some quiz plugin from this forum and i noticed smth in google analytics

for example:
I have got a quiz with 10 questions, each question have unique congratulation page and wrong answer page but they got same url.

I noticed that congratulation page generated 50 views which only 10 were unique but every page has different/unique content with same URL

Now I have got a question to you guys:

So... if i add e.g question id to the query string to one of mentioned above pages, will google start counting them as unique?

Does it matter for adsense impressions?

but idk if plugin matters, i just wanna know if i should add query string to make every congrats/wrong answer page unique for each question
