There are a few companies who doesn't required mobile numbers for sign up.

I suggest you to use Yandex. This company is so cool. You can easily use their email. Its just take 1 minute to signup without any annoying verification.

In the signup option, you’ll see a category ‘’’’I don't have mobile’’ . Just select that. It’ll never bother you for the mobile number or alternative email address.

You can always get a free sim card to verify but then if lose the number and have to re-verify the account is kinda gone... Isnt there an option to use a recovery email?
