How you all interlink within your site?

for an example , A link to B

So B link back to A?

or no need?

No 'need', but does it make sense (for your users)?

If it helps your visitors navigate the site, do it.

Perhaps it's cliche, but at the end of the day, and at the end of this post, :) it's best to create solid link architecture (making navigation intuitive for users and crawlable for search engines)—implementing what makes sense for your users and their experience on your site.

All it means to navigate your visitors to the helpful other resources on your website. You don't need to forcefully link any non-relevant pages.

Link contextually if it's relevant IMO. Following a silo structure strictly doesn't seem to boost rankings as much as linking contextually across multiple silos.

actually I don't interlink my site aka as I have mention like I have this post , A than within the content like one keyword is Shoe , my other post in my website talk about shoe so I place this post url into A post if u know what I mean under the word Shoe.

I have seem establish sites doing this for years till now .
Next , I happen to link to external site , " which many so call SEO guru claim a lot don't do this fear people leave your site and go others site etc " but according to them is actually also useful for your site as your site provide external info aka like related to your content .

One thing I still curious here is my organic search always stuck at 200++ mark never over like that , either 100+ or 200+ organic search cannot past 3. I not sure , I does buy SEO services , also my side do share on social media etc
