Can I let my supplier in China ships the products to Amazon Fullfilment center or does it need to come to my house first.

(Supposing I already check the sample and the product is fine.)

It's best you work with a freight forwarder to make sure the import goes smoothly.
You can have your supplier send them to the FC directly with Express, but make sure the import is handled 100% by the freight carrier, otherwise the goods will be declined by Amazon and you will pay a fortune to get the goods back.
Also you'd have to make sure the goods are 100% ok by having a pre-shipment check in CN before they are sent.

Hello, Shipping from China to Amazon FBA is a very common and profitable Amazon business strategy. It is not that complicated as it may sound. However, it is indeed a little more complex than simply asking the supplier to stick a UPS label.
