From very long time google really dont like to work along with other ad networks. if you want adsense you have to make sure other company ad networks are not running.
but you can use SOLO , Amazon and banner ads.

the site I doing only adsense. , I a bit curious is they claim " what prevent another tab / windows open " yes pop out ad , or pop out email sub banner means they will ban it? or interlink ? Interlink same wise , when visitor read on of your post and click the world been highlight will go another page of your site , new tab/window open

so I kinda curious what google mean here

hmm I does see moving stream site got adsense ad, even that cam site insecure cam
I don't know how they get approve or whatever.. That insecure webcam site has been around for donkey years yet adsense ad still around. If been ban you will not see adsense ad on it.

Custom category disable all except +18 ads which are gambling and dating ads only.
so your telling google that your website is warez type. just make sure to check violation reports every week on adsense.

i use to run adsense on adult sites heheheh sadly i am not in that field now.

People sometimes report recovering pages of aggressive ads abuse. the thing is that you need to check all your ads on all page remove them right away. in the same case, the ads are an effect on your users means reports are not well they are not getting the video or anything they are looking for, what do you need to check? banner/pop/any advertisement who redirect your users to other pages.
its easy - simply remove the ads and ask google for a review on your domain, after you get cleared you can place back the ads - just dont place auto downloads and too aggressive ads, should solve it

It’s not that they don’t like, but have specific rules and list of restrictions. This is all for good cause. You can run dozens of other ad networks along with AdSense and have no problems with it.
