Hi,
I've used Instagram app and it worked well , after a while , instagram blocked my acc, by then i wasnt able to login ANY acc through the official app using the devices that my blocked-user was logged there.
There was a glitch- that login through Facebook was working but it fixed..
so for now i cant login any account through the official app - getting :
""Sorry there was a Problem with your request.” problem..
(Through Instagram++/Instagram Rocket its working - but im tired everytime its getting revoked) -_-''
It seems like instagram blocked the devices of login - no matter which network im using , I tried ANY vpns/proxy -same..
someone experienced same problem? do you think factory reset will be helpful?

Did you tried to simply reinstall the app ?

Most of the time this way won't fix the problem but you could try

I doubt that there is something you can do unless changing the phone.
However, I don't think it is a long term ban, it might take a couple of days until your phone gets back to normal.

I have remdi plus 5, and u actually can't download Instagram even it invisible ...

ok so, its kinda instagram "device banned" me so i cant login through the official app to instagram .. any advice?

Its a hardware ban. There are only 2 options:
1) Wait until it's revoked by insta (takes some time to wait)
2)Restore iphone to factory defaults - should work right after.

Keep backup of your data and hard reset the device... Have worked many times before with this problem

there no option , u can just use instgaram ++ or factory reset both iphone and anroid you will lose all ur data because you have to setup as new devices if you restore your backup it shouldn't fix good luck

Thanks but it's opening instagram like it opened through browser- no chat and no stories upload option...

Maybe they blocked your MAC. Try using an adroid phone. I rooted mine so I could shell it and change the MAC myself for this case.

just go to forgot password and send login link via phone,after you get the message with link tap on the link and it will log in you automatically
