Increase the domain authority without external backlink

This is my idea from my mind...only expert can tell me suggestion with out backlink building I made my website ranking.
In my new born website articles are point to the high authority website(Placed relevant hight authority outbound links).. According to Co-citation,co-occurrence rule does my new born site became high authority with out back link building.
Please suggest me do I need to change anything.
1) I would like to increase my domain authority wihout backlinks?
2) Is it possible
3) Does co-citation, co-occurrence will support increase domain authority

Co-citation and co-occurence refers to other websites mentioning your website name. So it's basically like backlink without actual link. You cannot increase your own DA/authority without backlinks otherwise everyone would do that.

Bro. If I pointed outbound links in my website why they not receive SEO Rank?
Link building mean passing the do-follow seo value one link to another.

If you just build new websites to build external links to your older website, you won't see much authority.
Nobody know how DA is calculated exactly, but get links from established sites.

May I ask why do you avoid External backlinks at the first place. You cannot earn other people's trust unless you reach out to them. And the To make better use of Co-citation your site must be well reputed. but to do that backlinks are very important.
