I got the Premium V2 and its sick :) though I've seen that here Slovenian guys are making really good "gaming chairs" called UVI (maybe my next purchase).

I do have a gaming chair as some people have suggested, but I have to say, I don’t actually think it does my posture any good. The armrests are wobbly and the whole chair now leans toward the side even though I’ve only had it for a few years, and it was pretty pricey. Last year I bought another office chair that’s pretty stiff, and I actually think that one is better for my back than the gaming chair. It forces me to sit upright, although I’ve already trained myself to sit straight on my own. You should also incorporate some type of exercises into your day. Oh, and I also often use one of those long styrofoam-filled pillows to prop up my back when I’m working on a couch that’s just too comfortable.

Hello Internet Marketer,

My question to all those matured Internet marketer who work in front of Laptop/PC for long hours.

How do you manage your body and avoid wrong body posture which can lead to spondylosis or severe muscle pains ?

Will love to see your sitting arrangements ( Chair, desk etc) and of course tips.
there are products available on amazon which helps you to keep your back straight while sitting on desk.

get a standing desk as "sitting is next smoking"

and if you have money, get a treadmill desk. You will thank yourself when you get old

Unfortunately, I am dealing with bad posture, and the pain is excruciating, due to all my years in the military and in front of a computer, I am now going to PT (physical therapy).
I recently lost 60+ LBS which helped, but not as much as I thought.
Bad Posture directly correlates with core strength, so my doc has me doing all sorts of core strengthening exercises.

I suggest you do all in your power to sit up straight and stretch correctly. On a daily basis.

don't buy a "gaming" chair, they mark up the price at least 75% because of the word gaming.
invest in a heavy-duty professional office chair or some shit. I've bought many chairs in my gaming days,
and I eventually sold my gxr racer, aka the gaming chair everyone has. But that's just my opinion :)

I just accept that my back's fucked. Acceptance is powerful.
