Nope, It's not a churn&burn account. You/Me pay 390$ to buy the account (why? to run BH cloaked ads and bypass moderation because of aged and warmed account he provides) and then we send money to him - @DavidLeadgen puts money into adwords after taking his fees.
We can run BH ads and spend money through his accounts. It's a plug and play solution for BH google media buying. 10k is average ads spend per account according to him (not for burning) before google caught up and bans the account. And circle goes on.
