1. yeah you can run t2 instances which are free tier if you understand you correctly, u can use as long as 100$ gets over.
2. $100 is fixed with these accounts and inside account it shows 364 days but i have never went past 1 year as i have these accounts for less than 6 month period. So no experience in that.
3. $100 is there, renewal may or may not come idk. Thats why its priced at $15 for $100, if i had knew for sure i would not sell it for 15$.
4. free tier will make use of $100 as i said earlier in 1st answer.

Fair enough, I will be buying soon. Generally, all the accounts by default comes with the free-tier. That's what it was about. I wanted to confirm before hand.
