Advertsafe Integration Help

So I am trying to integrate Advertsafe with my Shopify website. I cannot figure out how to upload a php file to it? If you know how to do this, help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

No it's all white hat. But I will be using 60 Instagram accounts (I do not own them, I recruited them) to promote my store. So I am assuming I need to cloak my links so they won't get banned by ig. Unless this is not the case?
