Main source of earning is listing premium icos.
Alexa rank 42,000
Usa rank 11,000

Monthly traffic around 800k page views.
Source of traffic direct 60% organic 25% social 15% . Huge social media accounts over 50k twitter & telegram followers.

there are a lot of ways on google where sites will give you an estimate of the worth. People flip them but a site is as desirable as someone will pay for it unless you are talking about premium domains

Its a Credit Repair Website about 6 months old.

I rank #1 for a specific subniche and page 1 for many keywords in that niche.

Ahrefs traffic value for my site is $1300. I know this doesnt really mean too much.

I've been doing $15k+ revenue each month but I wont be selling the site based off that though because it required some sales skills.

I also spent about $5k in Google Ads combined in the first 3 months. I havent needed to do that anymore because of my rankings.

This is a full-time business and I am moving on to bigger things.

However, I am not in a rush to sell it.

I'm actually creating some content for the site to rank for that too. So the site can generate affiliate income as its a huge money-making niche.

This site has huge potential and I haven't really monetized it to how much it really could make.

I'm pretty much selling the site based on its solid foundation and I will reinforce that in the upcoming weeks. The value will be based on its potential.

You probably need to be based in the USA for interest in this.

*Note* This may not seem like a lot of traffic to you, but in the niche, its a ton. Credit Repair Companies pay a huge commission for leads. This is a billion dollar industry. I don't really need to explain how to monetize it but lets just say, its almost 100% profit.

It is a pretty solid build with Laravel and Vue.js.

Depending on how much there offering you for it it could be worth it. 420 and weed ect is a hard me to rank for with some massive sites holding the first page. But as the UK moves closer to legislation the site might hold value as you could just keep the domain name then once it's legal in the UK sell the domain name to a UK coffee shop, as I'm sure they would pay a pretty penny for the name

Hi people I have a domain called cafelister/com it has no metrics, I was searching for names for a client and I saw this and thought ..emm it has cafe and list in the name its a .com - so I registered it for the standard fee, would it be worth spending the $25 on flippa or would I be wasting my time, I'm totally new to this I may have messed up by telling you the domain name.. no idea lol I've never flipped a domain and it was only because I saw the sub forum I wonder what it was, that I stumbled on the sticky.. I put flipping domains in google and saw vid's on flippa I'm totally naive I never even realised that you could sell them so easily
