The external verification process you apply to your site is beyond awful. No alternative either so it's impossible for example to scan my ID to get a good quality if not possible with the camera.

Hi, sorry to see you're having trouble getting verified.
As mentioned we have had to implement a verification system due to fraudulent payments.
At this time there can be no exceptions.
You can purchase our service without verification if you use Cryptocurrency or if you use our Local Payment options at the check out.
I wish we didn't have to do this verification system because we would be able to accept more customers however there are a small number of users spoiling it for everyone else by processing fraudulent payments.
If we continued to operate without verifying users we would be shut down and there would be no service anymore.

It's very frustating because I really want to work with you as your service seems very interesting but I'm just unable to pass that protection system which I understand but... what I don't really understand is why this verification system has no alternative at all: I mean If I'm not able to pass the verification process, it would be great at least to be able to scan that documentation with perfect result.
I will contact the support again but I think that on my 3º email, I may have overreacted a bit and I'm not sure I've had an answer. Sorry for that ! it's so frustating not to be able to be a client when you want to. It's a weird situation, I would say.
