Google ads approved but got no clicks problem (gambling site)

Hello , im new to ppc , im running a gambling site in indonesia , and pretty new to this ppc.
obviously ppc gambling niche for google ads in indonesia is strictly restricted , so i trick the kws a bit , and they are all approved as you seen below

but the issue is i got no clicks since it approved , been 2 days already.

i asked google about it , and they said that my ads still under review and must wait approx 3 days.

question is why there is another review about this ads after they approved my ads , and does this means my ads still can fail ?

I am also running Casino and betting campaign for Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore ...
This is common issues for these industries. Wait for a few days more ..if you don't get approved from Google.
Then you can try new campaign different ads and keywords. Always use double meaning wording in ads copy.

yeap , got final decision from google , its a final suspension info

and i tried to make new campaign yesterday , with modified ads , but still using same kw , will i get suspended again ?

note : i use different gmail acc , diff cc , and diff landingpage site.

yes i am using dummy landing page , not my main site , and what about keywords ? im using same as before , but way lesser keywords , previously 100+ , now only 30 (i filtered them)

you mean for first approval ? then switch to our real plan keywords after it approved ?

may i ask are you doing this google ads for your own site ? or for other people ?

That's standard. Just don't forget to cloak.

this i dont understand about cloaking , could you explain abit how to doit ?

Though gambling is allowed in Adwords, however, it needs certification from google before your site is allowed. So, I suggest you do cloaking.

ouch , thats pretty expensive , for unlimited clicks the cheapest one is $399 right ??

kinda lost here , but you recommend me to use other site already , as for example my site is mysitedotcom

my google ads campaign using other site e.g myothersitedotcom , which is redirected to mysitedotcom

isnt this cloaking already ?

there would be a cloaker link that would lead to safe site and money site.

safe site = that's what you want google to see
money site = that's what you want your audience to see

yes it is , i put myothersitedotcom on google ads , which kinda like a safe site , usually i use site builder like wix or weebly , then inside that safe side , i put link to my mainsitedotcom , so people can go to my main site

is that the right way ?

No. That is not cloaking at all. The cloaker link is what you will put in your campaign.. the cloaker will do the rest.. it will send google to your safe page and your audience to your money page.
