Are people responding to your ads? You could post in hire a freelancer and get someone to write them for you

nice layout, try IG on your niche. if done right will get you more conversions

I need to just post photos like always or make promotion ads and dm to peoples?

The average conversion rate for a general ecommerce website is between 3 to 4% .

Your product picture quality is pretty bad that has a huge impact on sales. If you cannot source HQ photos you should increase the number of columns per row on your archive pages so they don't look so pixelated. Occasionally your product slideshow initiates with wrong height, hiding the main product image but on slide change the slider fixes the height. Flexslider has this issue you should update the plugin or refresh it on window.load . Your products need some sort of description even if its just a single sentence. As mentioned above you should focus on building a targeted audience on Instagram so you don't run your budget dry. You have some other issues with your website that make it look incomplete/untrustworthy . Good luck!

Site looks good on the first glance but it got many problems, as @cheva mentioned above, your pictures are low quality and getting rly dirty when stretched. Also your whole bottom navigation doesnt work. On the product page it got those swatch buttons and also a "normal" dropdown... the dropdown doesnt work, making the user experience complete shit there. That were just small things i found spending like 30sec on your site... i guess they are way more than that.
your subscription bar is aligned on the left... looks not really good

I changed the coolumns in row and now the pictures don't look pixelated. But I don't know how to change the height of the product slideshow (I don't have plugin for slideshow)
