He told me the same shit, that he only has Paypal, doesn't have another payment processor. Then even for Paypal at one point he couldn't pay so I gave him credit, and waited days and had to bug him to get him to pay.

That's the guy 100%. I can tell by his Skype. Be careful man!

Here we are...

So the other day a guy hit me with $1,280 total in 6 Paypal chargebacks. SMM panel. He wrote a very bad comment with each of his chargebacks (one that was sure to get me in trouble). After about 15 minutes he raised a claim on all of them. After about 30 minutes Paypal permanently suspended my account, and I didn't even get to say a word. I lost 5 of the chargebacks and won 1 (the smallest one). So I lost $1,130 and kept $150.

So now, the money is gone, the Paypal account is gone, and my business is in ruins, but let me put it out in the open who this person is.

I was told by a friend who also runs a panel that he was scammed by the same person. If anyone ever encounters him, DO NOT sell to him. And if anyone knows who he is, his website, let us know.

p.s I made a different thread and listed a TON of pages the scammer bought page likes for, but a moderator deleted my thread. I disagree, as listing the pages gives me the opportunity to perhaps find this person's website/s and things, but okay.

Actually, his pages aren't his pages. They're his customer's pages.

And yes, I control my webhost, but I don't really wanna extract more information about him. I'd rather cut my losses and move on. Only his website, if I could find that would be nice

i have to say that China companies have better solutions for these kind of business, like Wechat Pay and AliPay, once the transactions done, you can't chargeback , because the company will verify the sender, like phone text verify, face verify or even a direct call verify if the amount is big, so i think it is pretty fair because it is your responsibility to keep your money account safe , we can't do anything to protect your money account and we didn't do anything wrong, why we should pay the dispute fee and chargeback lost?

BTW, in China, if some super bad ass hacked your account or put a knife on your neck to force you loose the money, the payment company and the bank will pay for the lost, NOT THE KINDLY THIRD PART MERCHANTS
