About anchors diversity

Hello,

I am new in SEO and going to have my first time ever building my link.
Never building any link before, I just use my aged domain backlink to rank my posts.

My blog using an aged domain, with 5.200 RD and 450.000 Backlinks (according to ahrefs),
since last February, some of my top articles rank goes down because of my competitor started using link building (using fiverr cheap guest post).

I accidentally (because lack of my knowledge) buy 2 pbn backlink services for 2 URLs:
URL A:
6 anchors for 20 post
35% exact match anchors
65% phrase and LSI anchors
10% generic

URL B:
14 anchors for 40 post
40% exact match anchors
50% phrase and LSI
10% generic

With 20 post and 30 post on each URL (article), does my site have a chance of getting penalized?
Do I need anchors dilution by creating some diversification until my exact match keywords touch 10%?

Man using even 100 % on exact match anchors cant help you to rank ! for safe results and long term results use 75 % brand name - 15 % URL - 7 % LSI and other for exact match anchors .

google will rank you even if you use 99 % brand and URL .

This is BIG mistake that more exact match anchors will rank you more !

PBN links are not always safe for long term business. Recommended to maintain exact match anchors below 5%. Go more with long tail anchors.

I think that every beginner start with this mistake, I almost did it though!

You have no issue to ranking with very less exact, right?
