I'm thinking of making an autoblog for local news in my country (Tunisia) so is it still a thing and how is it done exactly i don't have a lot of knowledge about it

As your from other country i am pretty sure you can target any of your country website and fetch the data using any auto poster plugins. Only issue you might get is DMCA
Spinners really dont work that good on different languages i can share my synonyms database of english simply replace with your country language it might surely take a time but worthy to try
