I disagree. On Friends & Family Paypal gets no fee, so they probably hate such transactions. It's generally advised NOT to accept Friends and Family payments, or accept as less of them as possible, in order to keep your PP account safe.

Used to be I would sometimes ask customers to send as Friends and Family. I haven't been doing that for about a year now. I just let them decide. Most send it as Goods & Services, and on occasion someone surprises me with a F&F payment

That guy had messaged me months ago on Skype. Most retarded guy I have met in the last 2 years. He messaged me and asked me what is my panel name. I ask him "where did you find my skype info?" and he tells me he heard of it somewhere. I just ignored him, anyone that can't behave like a normal person is not to be trusted.

I can only be so careful. This customer contacted me on Skype and we talked, the audacity! It's not like a shadow person who comes in, buys, and then chargebacks and never says a word. This guy reached out, a pro scammer son of a bitch.

PayPal is the most important payment solution out there. If you don't provide paypal you gonna lose lots of customers. I am aware of credit cards etc., but I guess many people won't provide their CC information with SMM services or this kinda websites. Your goal should be to find a way on how to trick PayPal. Also a way on how to secure your money in order to prevent chargebacks like this.

if you open paypal with the banned acc info , or even fresh info , paypal banned again you same way until you change the business or made 5 trantaction without being disput and minimum 60 days old. the main problem is they just track in various factor not only ip, lets say you live in uganda and running usa paypal with australian ip, and whenever somebody charge back you, you call them via textnow from uganda, thats the main fishy things

i got fuck ton of stolen SSN fresh database from a hacker and i created my self something like 500 account all are going well , but last couple of month just i being careless for other projects and viola! they banned my account with 1700$ usd, so bought a fake DL from secondeye here and they still denied, and when i just call them and ask about my account

that chick first question to me was " can i ask, where are you from? i can see you are from (my country) ips and i have dobute are you the real owner of this account? you are not speak like english" what did you say? she track the whole nut and bolt and tell me everything

just be glad and thank to god they were giving that money back after 180 days, enjoy your life

To get your account verified in payal from India, only the PIN code is matched from the bank account details. So the scammer might have used any address.
