Hey, y'all! So, if you take a quick gander at my user information over yonder, you'll notice that I've actually been a member since 2012. *Gasp! Yeah. 40 some odd posts after 7 years. You may be scratching your head and wondering "Why, oh why?!?! Why did you waste all those years not posting!?!" Well, if that's you, then we have a lot in common, because I'm doing the same damn thing right now.
So why am I doing an introduction if I'm not necessarily new? Well, I kinda am, in a way.
I know a lot of people in the marketing world, in and outside of this forum. There are probably a ton of people I know on here that I don't even know is like... them... ya know?
Anyways, I'm obviously an internet marketer, and also a web designer, programmer, singer/songwriter, musician (piano, guitar, drums), video maker and editor, photographer, writer (like just straight up writing, ya know, like poetry, stories, essays, Emerson-type shit), oh and I'm kind of a hippie but not actually. And if you can't tell, I have a silly personality, and it's a part of me so I'm gonna hold on to it, if that's cool.
That over there to your left is my wife and I, in the avatar. She's the love of my life and smarter than most people I know, so if she ends up joining, watch out. I also have two lovely children, aged 12 and 10, girl and a boy (my little man is only 10 and already a programmer. #futurebillionaire).
I have been online marketing in some form or fashion for 13 years. I've been designing websites for about 20 years. I've been making music for about 25. Since I was like 8. I am currently 33.
I'm a smart cookie with lots of experience in, good grief, lots of things. Dozens of ventures and landing pages/websites and products and businesses and clients and fb/google accounts later (more like hundreds of some of those), here I am.
Unfortunately I kinda let my A game die down this past year and half w/ Media Buying on FB/Google, which is typically my bread and butter as of late. So I'm gearing back up and jumping back in. I have a couple of JV's going already and I'm excited about what the future holds.
I'm also creating a product and becoming active on this beeyatch so I can get Jr. VIP and be legit involved here. So get used to me!
I'm always willing to help out -- I enjoy good conversation -- I'm not a jerk -- I'm not a know-it-all -- and I'm not pretentious about things (I probably used to be). I'm also not your mom, so if you're a leech (all give, no take), I'll keep my energy to myself, thank you very much.
This place has REALLY taken off and I'm thrilled to be a part of it. I'm glad to be here, and if anyone needs help or wants to connect and talk more, I'm happy to! I obviously can't talk all day long (work to be done!) but short convos here and there, I'm open to.
