The homepage is redirecting to the same domain folder.
Such structures are good for SEO?

Why you have redirected the home page to Tour?

It should be like this

Home > Tour
Home > Hotel
Home > Fly

Post 1 ( if it is relevant to tour page) > Tour
Post 2 ( if it is relevant to tour page) > Tour

You can link back from Tour to posts 1 & 2 too.

Post 3 ( if it is relevant to hotel page) > Hotel
Post 4 ( if it is relevant to hotel page) > Hotel

You can link back from Hotel to posts 3 & 4 too

Post 5 ( if it is relevant to Fly page) > Fly
Post 6 ( if it is relevant to Fly page) > Fly

You can link back from Fly to posts 5 & 6 too

You can link back to Home page from any post or inner page

To be very frank, the structure is not at all SEO friendly. You should not have redirected home page to sub page i.e. tour. Try to create SEO friendly sillo structure. Have a home page and under the same you can add further navigation likewiose tour, hotel & fly. By doing so, you can target specific keywords for each page.

Looks like a silo structure. It'll probably work fine but I agree with Power Booster that you shouldn't redirect the homepage.

You should design the homepage and make the tour page as a inner page, else it's all wrong silo
