Hello, yes we most certainly do. But you will need a dedicated server in order to host files on, file hosting is forbidden on the shared services.

What about VPS? Can we upload files if we run websites in VPS?

Yes but VPS fall under the "Fair Usage" policy since they are still considered as a shared resource.
And yes you can customize your VPS Specs, if you cant find your desired VPS on the website just open a support tickets with what specs you want.

Your server is down for more than hours. No access to cpanel as well. I have submitted a ticket but I'm afraid it will take hours to reply it. I'm reverting back to my old host. This is such a shame.

As you can see your other domain is working just fine.

you suspended my account without warning and the server was down for a day and it took myself to find out. That's not nice. But it's cry over split milk. SERP was shuffling because of this. Lost half of the visitors.

Like it was mentioned in the support ticket the automatic email cron ( to notify you about the suspension ) was not triggered for your suspnesion and we appologize for that.
Shared hosting have limited resources and can only hold so much - That is why for high traffic websites we reccomend VPS or Dedicated servers where you have your own dedicated resources.

Using embed links is ok - streaming files directly ( except on dedicated/streaming servers ) is forbiden.
