Looking for Adserver Script

Hello? Want to create an ad network but I can't seem to find a working script for that. Anybody got an idea how I can get one? Publiaher/ Advertisers publishers can paste adcodes on their websites, pay per click etc

It is not open source, but definitely a very powerful script. I know some networks that use it and have had millions of ads served per month.
