I am satisfied NordVPN member since 3 years now so I might be biased but I think you are comparing apples with oranges. Windscribe might give you a different ip, but what about logs and privacy? Windscribe says they have a "no logs" policy but you already know that is a total BS because they are a Canadian business, hence they HAVE to be compliant to anti piracy legislation.
