Shopify - How to embed a custom logo on physical goods?

You must hire a guy/girl who do this work offline. It's fairly easy to do that. They need to do with the threads and pins.
I certainly believe this is something which is quite known since 20th Century.
Even you can do it yourself (just saying).
someone told me all i have to do is embed the logo on the shirt in photoshop to see how it looks like and shopify will take care of it in real life by itself.. is this true?

That I'm not sure about. And to be honest. You can contact Shopify support if they provide such service.
And, trust me if they are charging the money to do so. Do it in-house.

For that you use a print on demand service like Printful. From what I can remember, printful can be integrated into your shopify store(look under apps for that). Then you go over to printful and you design the shirts with your logo and you import them into your store. When someone makes a purchase, the order goes over to printful, they then design the shirt with your logo and send it out to your customer.

i need to make these products: tshirt, stressball, mat for cups, hat. all of them need to have my logo on it. these shopify apps only offer production of tshirts. how can i get these other products?

Did you even bother going to any of those sites listed above to see what they offer? Literally the first site I mentioned does men's clothing, women's cloth, kid's clothing, accessories, hats, mugs, home & living. It's like you didn't even go to any of those sites to do your own research man.
i did. show me the app that produces stress balls, that is the most important product for my brand.
