Contact twitter support and say them your phone number is changed.
Make sure you have all other forms of verification process if in case they ask.
If you are not having genuine account, then you better try some guys in hire a freelancer section by posting your job details.

I had a bad experience with twitter when I created official account for a website and accidentally put the date of birth as the launch date of website. And the account get instantly locked and I lost my username. I have no way to prove the date of birth of a website account. But still your problem is with phone number I think it can be resolved easily.
