However, how does something like this work? If we know how it can work, we can easily build it.
Do we need tons of reddit accounts and those accounts would be used to do the upvotes?

Many unsatisfied clients because the accounts will get shadowbanned, the domains will get site wide bans, the brands will be damaged.
This is NOT an easy service to provide. The technical aspects of adding upvotes is easy. Making them stick and actually move posts up and not be obvious bot votes is the hard part.

Yeah I've been thinking of something similar. Web apps with a great UI can be very effective.
Faking user-agent, random actions, clearing cookies are just a few functions that help prevent the problem of shadow banned accounts.
Making votes stick is not hard if done right.

You need to do it manually for a while to get the right picture about their automation detection sys.
It depends on your budget and the team you are working with. where did you saw me mention anything about "easy" ?

I saw OP use the word "easily." I care about OP getting the wrong idea about such a thing. He needs to know that many people have tried and failed even with years of experience using reddit.

Its very easy to build such panel. The "not easy" part is to maintain the accounts / scale. Like every business.

This doesn't make any sense. Either it's easy or it's not. If it's not easy, then it's not easy. There is no business if he can only offer 1 upvote per day successfully. If you can do it with 5 accounts successfully using automated methods, then it's no different doing it with 500 accounts. Nobody has proven they can do it with 5 accounts successfully long term. Many people have tried. There are already at least 2 SMM panels that offer reddit upvotes, and I don't use them because 1) they are wildly expensive and 2) I don't trust them at all to actually work and not risk me getting banned. Without knowing the methods the seller is using, people are taking a risk on their reputation + domain being banned. Is that a risk OP wants to take?
Why don't you build it if you think it can be done and will be so successful? Fact is that you don't know if it can be done automated long term. There is no proof of concept.
I have been doing reddit for many years. I use fake useragent, private proxies, random actions, random browser size, no need to clear cookies because I use unique browsers for each reddit account, all done manually, with real quality contributions being highly upvoted, and recently reddit has still done mass bans on some of my accounts. Not all of them, but some. To emulate this with automated methods is extremely difficult. I don't know how technically possible it is to automate it all using low enough resources to make it a viable business.
We don't have unlimited proxies. We don't know how many accounts or votes can be tied to a certain IP without red flags going off. All it takes is one screw up somewhere to get someones account or domain banned from reddit and you have some serious problems on your hands, and that's even offering it manually.
This is about WARNING OP that reddit seems simple short term, but long term they can be much better at detecting automated methods, and there is huge risks involved for clients. Again, I have seen lots of people try this and fail. I have seen lots of people offer reddit upvotes and they just end up not working and leaving big footprints. I am confident I can describe methods to do it with 99.9999% safety, but I don't know how resource intensive they are going to be. How many VPS do I need to use? Is it a viable business?
It's just not easy. If it was easy, more people would have done it. Again this isn't some new idea. Lots of reddit experts have tried and failed. There is one guy on the marketplace currently offering it as his primary service, and it hasn't had a long term success rate yet, and the price is so high you can just do it manually for that price.
