Pretty much all prepaid and VCC BINS have been banned from adwords - a more sustainable method would be to use a a carded CC

Revolut also has a card, iban, virtual credit card and 6 disposable virtual mastercards per day. every time when u purchase something with a disposable vcc, the card number and cvv changes. after the 6th purchase, u will have to wait for 24 hours until the next time.
