Help! My IG can’t be signed on both iOS and desktop

This morning I open the Preview app as usual and figured out I got signed out. When I enter that password it doesn’t sign on. Just said there’s a problem please try again later. When I open the Instagram app immediately, my account is already signed out. I enter my password and still can’t signed on. It let me to change password and I changed right away. But when I enter the new password, it loop back to logon page. No error message.

I have reset 2 times and upon that I start getting error that there’s a problem logging on please try again later.

I’m not sure if my account is blocked or hacked. It’s almost 12 hours since I can’t sign on. Please note I have this problem during travel in another country with a different SIM.

There’s no other suspicious activity email coming through besides the ones coming from my own device with a new SIM/ location.

Any help is appreciated and thank you very much.

Let it rest for 24h. There's a loop triggered if you try to login too many times. Uninstall the IG app, log out from Gmail, wait 24h, log in again then reinstall the app.

Only this account that’s why I’m not comfortable.
But this is also the only account that I connected with Preview app. My secondary account is still able to signon.

Just a note there’s one point I switch back to my original SIM in home country (that’s the number I registered with my account). I did receive a code from Instagram to verify my account but there’s no link or anywhere I can input this code on logon page (because I already stuck on the error page)

Any possibility that they block the IP because I’m out of country in the last few days and I have reccied a couple emails of suspicious activities but they are all from my devices (I also checked the location and device name to make sure they are my sign on) with different IP so I just ignore them.

It might sent you the code way before the error page but you received it now just because the SIM was unavailable to receive the message.

No, you are using a phone so they don't block randomly the IP if you don't do anything wrong and if you are using DATA instead of Wi-fi the IP resets every time you lose signal/restart phone etc. It's like I've said, you triggered that error that will go away in 24 hours, just do as I've said with Gmail and the app. Don't force because it will frustrate you!

I have tried everything you said but now the problem is it just stays on logon page and never went through.

I tried desktop also and always stay on logon page.

It does recognize my password but I can’t figure out what screwed up.

Wait more, 48h this time. Also, try searching your account with www.instagram.com/youraccountusername and see if it's live. You might got some ban maybe

i signed on to my second account and I can still like and comment on that account, doesn’t look like ban. There’s once Instagram prompted a message to verify my account, I entered a new number to receive the code. I actually don’t know why IG accepted it but I could logon with that method.
After a day I got kicked out and never able to sign back on.
It seems like that my phone number registered is being screwed up. How I know is when I enter forgot password I can no longer send that reset link to my old number, but the new number received the link instead. However, that link doesn’t open up my account, also loop back to sign on page. I actually don’t know if there’s a way to fix it....
Would very much appreciate if anyone can help me on this.
