(Vaspar) Order not completed and keep delaying

After double checking the pages and finding out of a total of 28 articles 14 are badly plagiarized minimum 20% highest over 80% and an average of around 60% with the other 14 being between 8/15% plagiarized I have requested a refund on MONDAY (18/3/19) will update once I've had a reply from vaspar

Update received a partial refund of $20 out of the $50.

Paid for his website which was advertised as being 100% passive ready for Google AdSense ect but the sites I received where not to a standard to be accepted by Google so after talking about it to amod (btb to discuss my options) and vaspar asking for refund we agreed I would pay an extra $20 for more articles which he said would make it Google AdSense ready. Theses new articles where copy and paste jobs so asked for a full refund not just for the new articles but also for the original order as it was not as advised .Have messaged vaspar to remind him it's a total of $50 not 20 so will update once he replys

My order was placed on 14 Jan, and it's still incomplete.
From what I see, only about half of the work is done at this point.

Currently, the incomplete tasks are:
1) Completion of my 2nd site, which is still bare
2) Fixing the plagiarized contents on 1st site

It's more than 3 months since I ordered, and I have been sending out plenty of reminders to get this done.
But, I'm not getting a reply now.

Not being a sick here after seeing others post about plagiarized content thought I would ask. How come plagiarized content is being used (it's not a one of slip up) and how many sites have been affected the reason I'm asking is the nature of theses kinds of bst threads means it's likely to be noobies and those not as clued up on Im ect (otherwise there probably pay for keyword research of seller x content of writer z and then put the site together themselfs) so what worry's me is how many buyers have sites with plagiarized articles but either have trusted it's unique or don't know how to cheek.
This isn't a dig or pop at vaspar as know he isn't the only person selling this kind of product to use plagiarized content. Just a worry that there could be a bigger problem than those who have posted on this thread

As per marketplace standards, if a seller sends for a review a site with unique articles, then offers that in their BST but instead is delivering copied content, then buyers need to report this. Doing so alerts staff and we can either re-review the service or close it.
